Terms and Conditions – 555bet Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 555bet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering with or placing any bet through 555bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 555bet platform.

555bet operates a sports betting, casino, slots and virtual sports platform designed specifically for users based in Pakistan. All services are provided in English (en-PK) and all financial transactions on 555bet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

555bet may update these Terms from time to time. The current version — with its effective date — is always available at this URL. Continued use of the platform after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To open and use a 555bet account, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 555bet operates a strict 18+ policy and will require age verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or business accounts are not permitted on 555bet.
• You must be accessing 555bet from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and gaming is not prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or officer of 555bet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or from online gambling services generally.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile number and a valid email address. 555bet reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any time to verify the information provided. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

3Account Management

Once your 555bet account is successfully created, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through it. You must:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify 555bet support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred.
• Ensure that all contact details — including your mobile number and email — remain current and accurate at all times.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly on shared or public devices.

555bet will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. Any communication claiming to be from 555bet that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Accounts that show no activity (no login, no bet, no transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 555bet will attempt to notify you before applying any dormancy administration fee. Details of the dormancy policy and applicable charges are available from the support team on request.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions at 555bet are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Easypaisa — instant credit, minimum deposit Rs 200
• JazzCash — instant credit, minimum deposit Rs 200
• NayaPay — instant credit, minimum deposit Rs 500
• SadaPay — instant credit, minimum deposit Rs 500
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — credited within 1–2 business hours
• Visa / Mastercard — debit cards issued by Pakistani banks only

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever possible. 555bet targets processing of most withdrawal requests within 60 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on interbank processing times. Before your first withdrawal is processed, 555bet will complete a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification check. This is standard practice across all regulated platforms and protects both the player and the platform.

555bet reserves the right to impose withdrawal holds pending fraud checks if unusual activity is detected on an account. We will communicate the reason for any hold and aim to resolve all investigations within 72 hours.

5Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the 555bet platform, covering sports, cricket, PSL and all other betting markets:

• A bet is final and binding once it has been confirmed on screen and a bet reference number has been issued.
• You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• The minimum single bet stake at 555bet is Rs 50. Maximum stakes vary by market and are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets will be settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this is the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC); for football, it is the organising league or FIFA.
• If a match is abandoned before reaching its minimum play threshold, all bets on that match are voided and stakes are returned.
• In the event of a palpable error in the posted odds — such as a decimal odds figure appearing as 10.00 when the intended price was 1.10 — 555bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

Accumulator bets at 555bet follow standard acca rules: all legs must win for the bet to pay out. If one leg of an acca is voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), that leg is removed and the acca continues at reduced combined odds. 555bet's PSL market rules — covering powerplay run totals, top batsman markets and innings scores — are available from the support team and within the betting interface itself.

6Live Betting

555bet offers live in-play betting on cricket (including all PSL matches), football, tennis and selected other sports. The following additional rules apply to all live markets:

• Live odds update continuously. The odds shown at the moment you click "Place Bet" are the odds at which your bet will be processed, subject to final acceptance. If odds move significantly between your click and the system acceptance, 555bet may notify you of the revised odds before confirming.
• Live betting may be temporarily suspended during critical moments — wicket balls, team reviews, injury stoppages. This is normal and does not affect any already-confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical failure on 555bet's systems during a live event, any bets placed during the affected period may be voided at 555bet's discretion, with stakes fully returned.
• Ball-by-ball cricket markets settle on the official scorecard data. In the rare event of a scoring error that is subsequently corrected by the official scorer, bets already settled will not be re-opened unless the correction was communicated before settlement.

555bet's live scorecard on the Live Cricket Score page refreshes every 30 seconds. The odds displayed alongside the live score are the current market prices and update continuously.

7Casino, Slots & Virtual Sports

The 555bet slots, casino and virtual sports sections are governed by these general Terms, plus any additional game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface. The following applies across all casino-type products:

• All slot and casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited and cannot be influenced by 555bet or any player.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game. These are theoretical long-run averages, not guaranteed per-session returns.
• Virtual sports at 555bet simulate real sports events using animated graphics and RNG outcomes. They are not based on any real-world sporting event and settlement is determined solely by the virtual simulation result.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. 555bet may request additional identity confirmation before releasing a jackpot payout.

8Promotions & Bonuses

555bet offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated alongside each offer. The following general principles apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your 555bet account automatically once eligibility conditions are met, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses at 555bet are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not your deposited balance, unless the promotion states otherwise.

• 555bet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms or remove bonus funds from an account where abuse is suspected. Indicators of bonus abuse include placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a return from the bonus funds.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 555bet platform. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and may have winnings withheld pending investigation:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one 555bet account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players to manipulate market outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events where you have prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or where you are involved in any arrangement to fix the result.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts or any automated software to place bets on 555bet without our express written permission.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies between 555bet and other platforms in a manner that constitutes low-risk guaranteed profit across multiple accounts.
• Underage use: Providing false age information during registration or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback on a deposit that was used for betting activity on 555bet.

If you are aware of suspected fraud or match fixing affecting any event available to bet on at 555bet, please report it to our support team confidentially. All reports are treated seriously and investigated promptly.

10Responsible Gaming

555bet is committed to providing a safe, controlled betting environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that for most players, betting on cricket and sports is an enjoyable recreational activity. For some, it can become a problem. 555bet provides the following tools to help all players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based reminders that alert you to how long you have been active in a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the 555bet platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Account Closure: Close your account at any time. Remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 555bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, odds data and software — is the intellectual property of 555bet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or create derivative works from any 555bet content without prior written permission.

Access to 555bet does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its content. Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted to 555bet may be used by us freely without compensation or attribution to you.

12Limitation of Liability

555bet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Without limiting the above, 555bet's aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• 555bet is not liable for losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms or to manage your account responsibly.
• 555bet is not liable for any losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor failures or events of force majeure.
• 555bet is not liable for the accuracy of sports data or scorecard information displayed for informational purposes on the platform. Official results from governing bodies determine all bet settlements.

Nothing in these Terms limits 555bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

13Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to 555bet. The personal information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

In summary, 555bet collects your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations and, with your consent, send you promotional communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data at all times. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data by contacting the 555bet support team.

14Amendments to These Terms

555bet reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or via a notice displayed upon login to the 555bet platform. The updated Terms will always include the effective date at the top of this page.

If you disagree with any change to the Terms, your remedy is to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance. Continued use of 555bet after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

15Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 555bet operates. Any dispute between you and 555bet that cannot be resolved through direct contact with our support team may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable jurisdiction.
